I'm running Window 7 Enterprise 64bit. My SMI2 version is 2.4.3.7 from the website.
You will need administrative rights to install.
You might be able to right click on the SMI2 installation file after downloading it... and select "Run As Administrator" to complete the installation.

Hi
I did use the run as administrator, but an error window pop up says installation ended prematurely because of an error

Are you sure that you can install programs with Admin rights? I couldn't on my laptop... until the IT department gave me access.
