Hi,
I would like to ask the current of Class 4 motor when Servo off. My Class 4 Motor current when servo off is 12mA. Is it normal.

Yes. That is normal for a SmartMotor (3-phase BLDC servo motor)... much better than a stepper motor and drive!... which can usually only reduce to 50% when idle... but still draws more Amps.
The SmartMotor can turn the drive stage OFF... which results in the ~12mA current draw you are seeing.
It's also... quiet (no buzz) when moving... it can reach much higher RPM... with little loss in torque... it requires less wiring due to the integrated design... and lowers your overall cost.
