These are just a few of the many products that Blockwire Manufacturing in Goshen, Alabama has created for their customers. A multi-axis CNC frame with 4 SmartMotor servos (2 on X axis, 1 on Y axis and 1 on Z axis) with spindle carves large blocks of foam into intricate signs and sculptures with incredible accuracy and the reliability a stepper motor can't compete with.

"I can't remember a single failure from the SmartMotor that wasn't explainable by some programming error or outside cause. They've been very reliable and that's exactly what I needed… that saved a lot of time and headache," says Jeff Ryan, founder of Blockwire.
