Dear Sir,

What is the maximum current "D" style 5V I/O(15Pin) it can Sink/Source?

According to manual is 25mA(User Manual Page 58) but I did a measurement is only 12mA...

Hi KK... what is the part number of the motor? ...and firmware revision?

How are you measuring the 12mA limit? I could try the same here.

Motor is SM23165D, Firmware 5.0.4.8.

Turn ON/OFF a Load that requires 25mA and putting a Mulitmeter in series to measure the current.

ok. I will have to dig for resistors and make a cable. :)

Should I be using pin 1 and pin 13? ...or does it matter?
What are you using for the "Load"? Can you email me something?

I'm using FLUKE 87V for current measurement.
What is your power supply voltage and current?

What is turning OFF and ON? ...and how? AC or DC? Inductive? Any chance of BEMF or spikes?

Pin 1 to Pin 7, you can try any one of them.

Configure at Brake Output using EOBK(6) through a 5VDC Relay with coil current 25mA.
