I'm having trouble writing variables through RS232. The data packet is not transmitted completely, so I can only write some variables. What's wrong? Is there anything specific for cable assembly?
Hello tiagoltdtec,
A few questions for you:
-What variables are you having issues with?
-What are you using to communicated with the motors?
-What is your cable assembly?
answers:
-What variables are you having problems with?
I created to store the encoder position in the EPTR.
-What are you using to communicate with the engines?
A serial bluethoot adapter. because I use an android HMI, which I developed.
-What's your cable assembly?
assembly as described in the manual. cables that I built myself and that work perfectly with other models of smart motors.
How are you defining the variable(s)? Are you able to share your code or an excerpt? There aren't really data packets, so I'm not sure that I follow your description of the issue.
