changing velocity on one of my motors using RSLogix 500

I have 3 motors in a daisy chain that are addressed 1,2, and 3. Right now all of the motors are running at the same speed. I need to know the best way to increase the 2nd motors velocity using rslogix 500. Right now I am using ascii to control all 3. Thanks
