Torque + Position Control

Hello,

I am trying to setup a SM2316D where the motor is holding at position Zero. Then I want to be able to move the motor manually +/- 90 degrees and when I let go I want the motor to go back to its original zero position.

Can anyone please share how I can accomplish this?
