I'm trying to compare the panel of a Subsequent 37 with a classic Minimoog. I'm thinking of buying a Sub 37 but I've been always familiarized with the Minimoog's type of synthesis. So I can sort out what they have in common.
I can see the Oscillators and Mixer look just the same. But I can't find the relation in between the Filter Modulation and Modifiers.
So, what do you think would be equal to Minimoog's Filter Modulation and Modifiers in the Sub 37?
The Filter in Sub 37 lacks Emphasis and Amount of Contour.
Is the Loudness Contour (Attack, Decay, Sustain) in the Minimoog equal to the Envelope Generators in the Sub 37?
I guess I must be comparing apples to oranges, but I want to have an idea of how different will be to handle those Sub 37 knobs from my Minimoog.
