hi,csearcy, the problem that i posted several days ago have already been resloved.Now i have another question.Now my motor is SM3416D and the encoder resolution is 4000,but the information that i upload from the motor shows in motor view window is 8000.I don't know why。
And i downloaded an easy programme as below。When P is 10000 the motor can run in order。But when P is 100000 the motor triggers a （+）limit active and motor（drive） off shows in SmartMotor Playground window。Can you help to find out the reason？Thanks in advance。

You need to disable the soft limits by checking the boxes in the lower right hand corner of the SmartMotor Playground. In a user program you use the SLD command to do this also.
