Do I need terminating resistors? What value should they be?

Yes.
RS-485 and networks based on RS-485 (CANopen, DeviceNet) require terminating resistors on both ends of the bus. Only true bus topology is supported. Star, mesh, and other network topologies are not supported.
We recommend using a 100-120ohm terminating resistor.

The following perception will be going to process with the better way for such way that will need the most of it and it can be going to ask for the valuable process so the user will be able to manage with the help of Epson printer not printing will proceed it.
